Inspired by Mary Delany, the Mayfair artist known for her intricate botanical works, The Delany Drawing Room is designed by Russell Sage Studio with a warm ambience and an easy elegance, created for the kind of evenings that linger. At its heart is a menu centred on whisky, from signature cocktails to exceptional drams - each chosen with intention and care.

The Delany Drawing Room also plays host to a rolling programme of distillery-led tastings, giving guests the chance to explore new bottles, meet makers and enjoy an evening shaped by great whisky.

An Evening with The Glenrothes

Thursday, 21 May 2026 | 6pm – 8pm | £59 per guest

Hosted by Brand Ambassador Georgia Porteous, the evening begins with a welcome cocktail before moving into a guided tasting of four whiskies, exploring the distillery’s distinctive house style.

Guests will sample Glenrothes 15 Year Old, Glenrothes 18 Year Old and Glenrothes 25 Year Old, before concluding with a special final dram of Glenrothes 32 Year Old. Light canapés will be served throughout the tasting.

An Evening with The Glenturret

Thursday, 25 June 2026 | 6pm – 8pm | £59 per guest

Hosted by Luca Rapetti from The Glenturret, the evening begins with a welcome cocktail before moving into a guided tasting of four whiskies, exploring their traditional, small-batch approach and balanced Highland character.

Guests will sample The Glenturret 12 Years Old, The Glenturret 15 Years Old and The Glenturret 14 Years Old Peat Smoked (Distillery Exclusive), before concluding with a special final dram from the distillery’s latest release. Light canapés will be served throughout the tasting.
