DUKES London is in a wonderful location, in the very heart of Mayfair, meaning we are only a stone’s throw away from two of the most beautiful Royal Parks. The Green Park is only a 3-minute walk away from our accommodation and St James Park is a mere 5 minutes. Situated right next to Buckingham Palace, The Green Park offers a quiet escape from busy city life and is home to attractions such as the Canada Memorial, the Canada Gate and the Bomber Command Memorial. In contrast, St James Park’s famous flower beds provide a familiar backdrop for important ceremonial events at the top of the Mall but is also home to attractions such as the Horse Guards Parade, the Blue Bridge, and the Duke of York statue.

Our classic picnic includes our favourite selection of British foods with a delightful contemporary twist. Savoury choices including smoked salmon and dill cream cheese, lemon and pepper chicken brochettes, chorizo and goats cheese scotch eggs, fennel, mozzarella, tomato and basil, and roasted almond and paprika pesto salad. Snack on pea guacamole, dips, oatcakes, seeded crackers, cheeses, chutneys, and bread, then complete your meal with a chocolate, salted caramel and hazelnut mousse. You will certainly leave feeling full and content!
Alternatively, we have an equally delicious vegetarian option for those who would prefer, and for our smaller guests, the Children’s Picnic is sure to please those with fussier palettes. We have several options available for the set up and delivery of your picnic, the choice of which is completely up to you. If you would prefer to take your day at your own pace, you can pick up your hamper from the hotel in person and set up as you wish. If you want a more relaxed option, a member of the team will deliver, set up and collect your picnic for you, giving you more time to enjoy the lush surroundings.
