Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires all amendments and cancellations to be finalised by 2 pm (UK time) on the day prior to the booked arrival date. Any changes following this time will result in cancellation charges if the room remains unsold on the night.

Car Transfers

If you would like us to arrange a car transfer to or from the airport, please let us know. Car transfers costs are as follows:

London Heathrow to DUKES £80 for up to three people.
Return: £70
Journey time: approximately 55 minutes (traffic dependent)

London Gatwick to DUKES £125 for up to three people.
Return: £120
Journey time: approximately 80 minutes (traffic dependent)

City Airport to DUKES £80 for up to three people.
Return: £70
Journey time: approximately 35 minutes (traffic dependent)

If you would like to organise for flower to be in your room on arrival, let us know and we can order them for you. Hand-tied bouquets start from £40 including VAT.

Valet parking is available. Overnight parking is £55. Please allow 10-15 minutes for your car to be brought to the hotel’s main entrance. Hourly rates are also available.
